Qualification : CA must Position : Finance Manager Experience : 7 to 10 yrs post qualification Salary - Rs.18 to Rs.20 L p.a Location : Nearby Saint Gobain factory at Sriperumbudur Reporting : GM - Finance & Accounts - Plant Reportee : 4 to 5 team members Roles and Responsibilities: Corporate MIS Reports & Variance analysis Product Costing (Both pre and post manufacturing) Variable & Fixed Cost Reduction Annual Budgeting Monthly/Quarterly forecasting and Variance analysis Internal Audit & Statutory Audit coordination with Big 4 GST Filing of Return and Payments, Audit & Assessments TDS Filing of Returns and Payments, Tax computation, Advance tax, Maintenance of Books of accounts in Compliance with Accounting Standard and Policy Knowledge of SAP modules is a must Desired Profile: Strong in cross functional coordination Team handling skills Lead the plant finance function
