Numerator is currently looking for a Financial Analyst which will provide financial and analytical support across the entire Company. This position reports directly to the Financial Operations Director and will partner with the FP&A team to support reporting and forecasting workstreams and create operating rigor. The job requires experience in corporate finance and/or accounting, advanced skills in Excel and the ability to quickly build expertise in Numerator’s financial systems. A key component of the role will be to provide financial reporting and bring visibility to operating metrics. Job Responsibilities: Assist the Finance team in key business projects and initiatives Effectively utilize and query our financial systems, including, NetSuite, OneStream, Salesforce.com Create and disseminate internal and external financial reports, including a core monthly reporting package, budget variance reports, ARR customer data and revenue reports Prepare monthly financial reports for Numerator’s parent company, Kantar Work cross-functionally with service operations to support monthly leadership reporting (examples include project profitability, survey credit tracking, team utilization and gross margin analysis Develop and use modeling skills to support data-driven decision making Provide operational analysis and reporting designed to drive increased awareness into departmental and total company performance Provide support to other Finance team members and departments as needed Other duties as assigned, including systems integration support What You'll Bring to Numerator Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or closely related field 2+ years of work experience in corporate finance or accounting, including internships and other work experience gained in the field during completion of degree. Experience in General Ledger, GL Accounting Experience with SaaS based financial system (i.e. NetSuite) a plus Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; candidate must possess intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions, etc). Creative and innovative approach to problem solving Demonstrated ability to make quantitative and qualitative assessments of data Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail A record of accomplishment and delivery against objectives Ability to work in a constantly changing growth environment while maintaining a positive attitude Shift Time : 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM Show more Show less
