Job Description

Main objectives of the role: Provide reliable data and analysis to be used in financial / business planning and decision-making. Prepare detailed management reports & MIS - weekly/monthly/quarterly. Preparation of presentations (as directed by Management) that provide relevant analysis and identified actionable items. Providing financial insights and projections to the accounting team Support in preparation and maintenance of Business Plans Annual (AOP) and long-term plans (3/5/10 years) Needs to be single point contact for all financial data for the organization. Key Responsibilities: Partner directly with the finance team and central FP&A groups to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews. Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights. Work on corporate projects and initiatives, as directed by CXOs from time to time. Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made. Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and historical, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization. Serve as a liaison for the investor relations team, managing the earnings guidance scenario modelling, including executive presentation, Q&A support, and ad hoc analysis. Qualifications / Skillsets required. Superior analytical abilities and proficiency in MS Excel Strong attention to detail and drive for impeccable quality; Ability to work with a high level of precision in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. Ability to collaborate and solve problems that involve multiple stakeholders / departments. Deep understanding of accounting/financial/operational principles Self-starter - Ability to work independently with strong follow through. Team player, professional and proactive approach to work, positive attitude Experience developing financial reports and metrics would be bonus. Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.
