Financial Analyst(Financial Planning & Analysis Budgeting Forecasting)

Job Description

The Financial Analyst role will provide support to the companys global business. This is a key role in driving and reporting on financial and operational results and using metrics across business units, products, and functions. You will be involved in larger CENSUS/Headcount management to align with the Functional level Forecast/Budget. Financial Analysts will be involved in Building various Dashboard and Metrics related to Headcount Management. You would also be involving in multiple Internal and external reporting activities. This will include interacting with business leaders frequently to support their needs and provide them the necessary insights to grow the business. Responsibilities Work closely with Functional Finance partners to align the Headcount database. Create Metrics and provide in-depth Headcount Analysis across the organization. Coordinate with Hiring Manager and HR Team for the timely approval of Open roles. Actively involve in the internal and external reporting deliverables. Focus to streamline the process with the operational efficiency. Provide ad-hoc analysis for business support. Audit, review and adapt financial models to ensure they are both accurate and up-to-date Develop and maintain operational/financial models with varying complexity. Ensure accuracy between reported financials and source data. Drive engagement with management and senior management teams. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Finance. 4-5 years of experience in financial analysis. Experience in a global multicurrency organization. Understanding of GAAP accounting. Outstanding relationship building and communication skills. Keen eye for details and data alignment across reports with a passion for using data to drive better decision-making. Functions well under pressure; consistently pays attention to accuracy and quality of work. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Experience with NetSuite (or equivalent) preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a SaaS company. Ability to work in shifts
