As a key player in our enterprise performance management initiatives, you will analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement financial technology solutions that drive measurable results. Key Responsibilities Analyze business processes to uncover inefficiencies and recommend optimization strategies. • Gather, document, and manage business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Implement financial technology solutions to enhance enterprise performance management. Deliver actionable insights and quality recommendations to improve financial processes and outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, technology, and audit, to develop cohesive solutions. Translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications • Analytical Acumen: Strong ability to evaluate processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions. Business Analysis : Proven experience in documenting and managing business requirements. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders. Accounting Knowledge : Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices. Team Collaboration : Experience working effectively within diverse teams and managing stakeholder expectations. Preferred Qualifications Financial Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with financial systems, tools, and audit practices. Consulting & Analytics: Passion for consulting, with a focus on analytics and leveraging technology. Audit Experience: Background in audit firms or similar financial environments is advantageous.
