A Financial Planning Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, creating forecasts, and developing strategies to support the organizations financial health and long-term goals. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing insights to management, and ensuring informed decision-making through accurate financial modeling and analysis Key job responsibilities: Financial Analysis and Reporting Budgeting and Forecasting Strategic Planning Support Financial Modeling Data Analysis Stakeholder Collaboration Accounting, Compliance, and Governance Candidate Requirements: 5+ years in senior roles Prior experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting is valuable Clear and concise presentation of financial data to stakeholders. Familiarity with systems like Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, or Anplan Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and financial statements. Advance Excel with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a plus.
