Head of FP&A will lead Financial Planning and Analysis function responsible for all planning processes, including annual budgets, forecasts, strategic business plans, COGS and Inventory controls. The role will drive strategic analysis in a cross-functional, matrixes organization across multiple product lines and channels. Role & responsibilities Strategic Financial Oversight Financial Reporting and Analysis Operational Control Risk Management and compliance Leadership and team management Cross functional Collaboration Process Improvement and Automation Preferred candidate profile Strong financial acumen and business control experience, with the ability to analyse complex financial data. Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to senior leadership and external stakeholders. Strong understanding of business operations, risk management, and compliance requirements. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment Advanced proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint). Skillset and Experience 10+ years in FP&A, finance leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. Proven ability to build and scale FP&A functions. Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and variance analysis. Strong understanding of business value drivers and financial performance metrics (EBITDA, margins, working capital, ROI). Hands-on experience with SAP HANA, Power BI, Excel, and financial modelling tools. Ability to automate financial reporting & forecasting for efficiency. Leads monthly forecasting, KPI dashboards, and business analytics. Drives financial insights for executive decision-making and board reporting. Strong presentation and storytelling skills for financial data. Collaborates with CXOs, business heads, and investors to drive strategy. Proactive in process automation, risk mitigation, and financial strategy execution. Continuously improves FP&A efficiency and reporting accuracy.
