Job Summary Client Invoicing Requirements Solutioning & Implementation - Gather client invoicing and reporting requirements for the program, design solutioning for the requirements in coordination with the VMS solutions team, support preparation of the FRD, review VMS solutions team s prepared BRD, coordinate and facilitate UAT, E2E testing as well as implementation of the process with the client and the VMS as needed. Become a SME for the client invoicing implementation through review of existing accounts implemented solutions and best practices and adopt Pinnacle s way of solutioning client invoicing requirements. Internal Financial Setup Requirements Solutioning & Implementation - Gather, document, solution, setup, test and implement Pinnacle financial setup requirements in AR, AP, GL, bank modules for data flow as well as necessary financial integrations utilizing existing implementation processes in place. Become a SME for the implementation process for the company s financial setup requirements and train project participants as needed. Design of steady-state financial operations & Handover to Steady State Team - Design Day to day AR, AP, GL workflows adopting Pinnacle s best practices approach; document recommended processes and workflows, ensure steady state AR/AP/Finance dedicated account team-members are appropriately trained and prepared for go live, ensure all necessary financial setup and integrations are working as expected and handover the program to the steady state team. Support the program after go-live hyper care period with the steady state team. Technology Footprint - Gain knowledge on Pinnacle s financial system s modules functional design and business logic for financial implementations Project Mgmt. - Ad-hoc reports and carry out special projects and other duties as directed Qualifications Bachelor s degree in accounting/finance and 5+ years of experience in day-to-day operations of AR, AP, Financial reporting and Treasury Functions. 3+ years of prior experience executing financial systems solutions and project management experience Full knowledge of basic finance and accounting principles and functions along with risk management and controls principles in Finance Strong problem-solving skills, persuasive communication skills, highly analytical and technological solutions minded Exceptionally organized and able to manage multiple projects with tight timelines for self and project manage others to get things done timely. Experience in managing staffing industry MSP VMS/Finance Implementations is a plus Experience with Workday Financials, Beeline VMS, SAP Fieldglass, SAP Aribia, or Workday VNDLY is preferred Fast-paced; deadline driven environment - can be long hours on projects when needed - general expectation is 40 to 50 hrs per week High-performance expectation environment where processes/technology are rapidly changing/upgrading Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
