The Team Lead is responsible for supporting Kenvue’s Finance Operations processes in compliance with company policy and applicable regulatory requirements. What You Will Do Key Responsibilities Process responsibilities: Support the timely closing & execution of financial periods as per closing calendar and in accordance with SLA commitments, fully observing Compliance, Internal Audit & SOX requirements o Accountable for completeness, accuracy and validity of the actuals reported within process/entity scope o Deep expertise, fully knowledgeable of the worldwide procedures and compliance requirements for respective areas o Regular focus on Balance Sheet reconciliations to minimize open items Understand, adhere, and execute per worldwide policies and procedures. Identify compliance risks and recommend solutions Recruit, onboard and training of new joiners Liase with senior finance leadership across Tax, Treasury, Business Unit Finance, Internal Audit and other Kenvue finance teams Champion & influence strategy & solutions demonstrating strong business acumen Generate ideas, fosters, and implements continuous improvement mindset, identifying and pursuing process efficiency opportunities Influence and execute process improvements, generating ideas and implementing in line with global standards Remain updated with industry trends, changes in accounting rules, and latest technologies Compliance: Adhere to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations Assist the team with any audit requests raised from the Legal Entity Controllership team Ensure strong internal controls are in place, in order to achieve “adequate” internal and external audit ratings Travel: Up to 5% international travel Qualifications What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor’s level degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field At least 4-6 years of professional experience is required Learning agility and adaptability to different business requirements. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels Be open to new ideas, rapid change and embracing new technologies Strong analytical skills Solid US GAAP accounting knowledge Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, other language skills desirable Desired Qualifications CPA, CMA, MBA and/or other financial certifications is preferred Experience in a Shared Service Centre of a multinational corporation or BPO Experience in a Global Accounting for a large multi-state company Ability to handle ambiguity and fluid situations, demonstrating a pragmatic approach Successfully manage multiple priorities, be very organized and work efficiently to tight deadlines Digital/ intelligent automation capabilities Proficient in ERP systems (SAP and Blackline preferred) and MS Office in particular Excel Candidates may be asked to work shifts to align with global assignments in Americas / EMEA / Asia Lead/Participate in other Regional/Global/Cross functional duties as assigned What’s In It For You Competitive Benefit Package Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Flexible Ways of Working & More!
