Video Editing & Production: Edit and produce high-quality video content, including podcasts, educational courses, and social media clips. Design eye-catching thumbnails and motion graphics to make videos more engaging. Create promotional video ads to boost brand awareness and audience engagement. Apply advanced video editing techniques: i. Color grading : Adjust colors to improve the visual appeal. ii. Sound design: Enhance audio clarity and add background effects. iii. Smooth transitions: Create seamless scene changes for a professional look. 2. AI-Powered Video Enhancements: Use AI tools like Runway ML, Topaz Video AI, and Midjourney to improve video quality and add creative effects. Generate AI-powered subtitles and translations to make videos accessible worldwide. Enhance video clarity and resolution using advanced image and video enhancement tools. 3. Content Organization & Workflow Management: Keep raw footage, project files, and digital assets well-organized for easy access. Follow a structured workflow to complete projects on time. Ensure all videos meet branding and quality standards before final delivery. 4. Collaboration & Leadership Work with the Marketing & Content Team to ensure videos match the brand's message. Coordinate with the Design Team to add high-quality graphics and animations. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to keep educational videos accurate and informative. Guide and mentor junior editors, helping them improve editing skills and workflow efficiency. What You Bring: Experience - 3+ years of experience in video editing and motion graphics. Proficiency in Adobe tools - Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experience with AI tools like Runway ML, Topaz Video AI, and Midjourney. Strong storytelling and design skills to create visually engaging content. Expertise in social media video editing for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Great time management ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Comfortable working on both Mac (iOS) and Windows for editing.
