Job Summary: We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Fire Safety & Security Officer to oversee fire prevention systems, emergency preparedness, and the overall security of our jewellery manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing fire safety protocols, conducting regular drills and audits, and ensuring round-the-clock protection of people, assets, and property. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain all fire safety equipment (fire alarms, extinguishers, hydrants, smoke detectors, etc.). Conduct regular fire drills, safety audits, and emergency evacuation procedures. Ensure compliance with local fire and safety regulations and industry standards. Supervise security staff and monitor security systems (including CCTV and access control). Investigate and report any fire hazards, security breaches, or incidents. Train employees on fire safety, emergency response, and evacuation protocols. Collaborate with local fire authorities and maintain updated fire safety documentation. Monitor entry/exit points, prevent unauthorized access, and ensure jewellery security protocols are followed. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in fire safety/security, preferably in jewellery or manufacturing. Certification in Fire Safety, Industrial Safety, or related field preferred. Strong knowledge of fire prevention systems and emergency response procedures. Familiarity with CCTV systems, access control, and general security operations. Good communication, leadership, and observation skills. Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergencies promptly.
