Role & Responsibilities: Design and prepare technical drawings for Firefighting, Plumbing based on project requirements. Conduct design calculations to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and industry standards during the design process. Coordinate with other teams (e.g., electrical, civil, structural) to integrate designs into the overall project. Project Management and Execution Support: Provide technical support during project execution, ensuring that designs are implemented accurately on-site. Conduct site visits to oversee the implementation of designs and resolve any on-site issues. Collaborate with the execution team for design modifications and troubleshooting. Coordination with Stakeholders: Act as the point of contact for clients, contractors, and suppliers regarding design specifications and requirements. Prepare and present technical reports, drawings, and documentation as required. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all designs comply with local codes, safety standards, and industry best practices. Prepare and maintain detailed records, reports, and technical documents related to the design process. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest trends and technological advancements in the respective field. Suggest improvements and optimizations in designs to enhance project efficiency. Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory), knowledge of relevant design software is a plus. Skills: Strong understanding of design calculations and code compliance. Ability to prepare and review technical drawings. Excellent coordination and communication skills for interacting with execution teams. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
