Familiarity with the IT services landscape, including web and mobile development, cloud solutions, AI/ML, and DevOps. Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM. Proven success in securing projects through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Toptal, or Guru. Prior experience working with international clients. Experience in creating compelling proposals and negotiating contracts.
