We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and qualified Preschool Teacher to join our team at Firstcry Intellitots Preschool. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for nurturing the cognitive, emotional, and social development of young children. You'll create a safe, engaging, and educational environment that fosters curiosity and excitement for learning.Key Responsibilities:Curriculum Delivery: Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons that stimulate learning in areas such as language, mathematics, art, motor skills, and social development.Classroom Management: Create and maintain a positive, well-organized, and safe classroom environment that promotes positive behavior and interactions.Student Supervision: Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, both inside and outside the classroom.Child Development Observation: Observe, assess, and document children's progress, noting developmental milestones and areas of growth.Individualized Attention: Provide individualized or small group instruction to meet the varying developmental needs of students.Engagement with Parents: Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians regarding their child's development, progress, and needs. Attend parent-teacher meetings as required.Collaboration: Work as part of a team with other educators, administrative staff, and specialists to provide a holistic approach to student development.Support Emotional and Social Growth: Foster a nurturing environment where children feel emotionally supported, secure, and valued.Maintain Classroom Supplies: Ensure that all classroom materials are available and in good condition.
