Key Responsibilities: Conduct one-on-one and group fitness training sessions. Assess clients' fitness levels and develop personalized workout plans. Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques and injury prevention. Track clients' progress and adjust workout routines accordingly. Educate clients on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and overall wellness. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized gym environment. Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and techniques. Motivate and inspire clients to stay committed to their fitness journey. Ensure all equipment is used properly and report any maintenance needs. Requirements: Certification in Personal Training (ACE, ISSA, NASM, NSCA, or equivalent). Proven experience as a Fitness Trainer or Gym Instructor. Strong knowledge of fitness training programs, exercises, and nutrition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels. CPR and First Aid certification (preferred). Passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
