Job Title: Certified Fitness Trainer Location: Gurugram (On-site) Salary: Up to ₹11 LPA (based on experience and expertise) Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (any stream) + K11 Certification (mandatory) Experience: 1+ year preferred (fresh certified candidates may apply) Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and certified Fitness Trainer to join our premium fitness facility in Gurugram . The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a K11 certification, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through customized training programs and expert guidance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct one-on-one and group fitness training sessions tailored to individual client needs. Design and implement goal-based fitness programs. Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safety standards. Track progress and adjust training plans as needed. Motivate clients to push through challenges and maintain discipline. Maintain a clean and professional workout environment. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). K11 Fitness Certification is mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for fitness and a deep understanding of exercise science and nutrition. Strong leadership and motivational skills.
