Position : Fixed Bid Contractor Role : Business Development Employment Type : Contractual / Off-Roll Location : Pune Reporting To : Senior Sales Manager Key Responsibilities : Sales & Relationship Management : Drive sales by managing relationships with Individual Distributors (IFAs) and National Distributors (NDs). Achieve assigned sales targets by engaging with distributors and ensuring consistent business growth. Client Engagement & Meetings : Conduct one-on-one meetings and group interactions with distributors to strengthen relationships. Actively participate in branch-level sales enablement activities, such as Investor Awareness Programs and Distributor Large-Format Meetings. Business Development & Market Outreach : Identify opportunities to expand distributor engagement and enhance mutual fund distribution. Support the execution of distributor training, product discussions, and business-building initiatives. Reporting & CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of all meetings and interactions in the CRM system, preferably on a daily basis. Provide timely updates on distributor feedback, market trends, and sales performance. Job Specifications : NISM V A certification is a must. Work experience is preferred, but we are also open to considering enthusiastic freshers who are willing to transition into Sales & Relationship Management for the Mutual Fund industry. Monthly gross salary budget: 30,000 to 35,000, depending on candidate fitment.
