Job Description

Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with wealth managers and distribution partners. Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to drive the distribution of fixed income products Execute and close deals in the debt and money market based on the client requirements. Provide regular quotes to clients and is required to contact prospects to cater to their requirements on a daily basis. Good understanding of the NCD transaction documents (KID, GID, DOH and DTD) Preparation of cash flow for various type of NCDs Reading fine prints of the deal, preparing deal sheets, and to make sure that all the activities of debt trading are carried out efficiently by adhering to the rules and regulations of the Company. Communicate market insights and trade ideas to internal stakeholders Keep up-to-date with relevant industry development and trends. Perform trade input and reconciliation – Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and settlement of trades Assist in MIS reporting for senior management, any ad-hoc, or exceptional reporting. Required Experience Bachelor degree in Finance Minimum 3 years of experience as a Debt dealer Good understanding of debt markets Clear fundamentals of clean and dirty price, accrued interest, YTM ,YTC methodologies, etc. Must be proficient in MS Office Strong written and verbal communication skills Good Analytical skills Core Competencies • Self-driven and highly ambitious • Results-orientated & the ability to handle pressure • Relationship building & management skills • Understanding of competitor products • Comfortable with tight deadlines • Technical Competencies Technical Competencies Sound understanding of asset products and associated technology platforms and operational procedures • Understanding of regulatory guidelines on banking policies issued by RBI/SEBI (local regulations in India) and local laws and regulations that impact businesses in general • Knowledge of financial markets, products & competitor offerings to assist in meaningful dialogue with clients Show more Show less
