SUMMARY Job Opening: Fleet Maintenance Supervisor at Leading MNC in Chennai Our client is a well-known global Fortune 500 IT solutions company specializing in providing straightforward and scalable solutions to address complex business challenges. They are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the Fleet Maintenance Supervisor position in Chennai. Location: Chennai Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience Communication: Exceptional communication skills Shift: Night shifts Primary Responsibilities: Oversee the processing and coordination of license and title documents, and delegate tasks to the team for processing. Stay updated on DMV guidelines in all states to ensure compliance with jurisdictional rules and regulations. Manage client and vendor escalations using expertise and independent judgment. Collaborate with client Experience, Mobility, Acquisitions, and Tax departments to establish and enforce best practices. Research complex registration transactions and client requests, and provide consultative advice for resolution/implementation. Coordinate with vendors, client contacts, and internal departments as needed to meet state requirements. Maintain records of necessary items by project in a shared location. Assess prerequisites to facilitate effective communication with client contacts, dealers, vendors, and DMVs before team delegation. Validate required documents, dates, and information provided for accuracy. Serve as an authority on department matrices, ensuring up-to-date information on license and title requirements by state.
