Role Purpose Flexo label and packaging printing machine operator shall have good eye for quality and enough experience to produce high quality print. Must have prior experience in operating Flexo narrow web roll to roll machine of Nilpeter, Gallus, or Mark Andy on UV & IR configuration with Hot / Cold foil, varnish, and Die Cut for 2 to 6 years. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities: following the operating SOP and job schedule on a regular basis faster make ready preparation operating 8-unit flexo press with 8 inline UV system or IR dryer system on a day- to-day basis coordinating with Managers / supervisors / PPC being part of periodical maintenance work working as a team Excellent colour management Skills Key skills and knowledge required: • 2 to 6 years of experience as a machine operator in a label manufacturing unit or packaging company with multiple latest flexo narrow web machine with UV is a must. working experience on inline UV, Die Cut, Hot / Cold Foil stamping, Digital finishing is highly preferred. • Colour sensibility and experience in pantone colour management is a must • proficiency in using label inspection systems or Densitometer. • Minimum 12th pass with prompt and professional attitude.
