Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor staff to ensure efficient service delivery. Monitor daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations to staff. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly. Maintain inventory control and ensure proper stock levels are maintained. Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded. Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless operations. Implement health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Prepare and present reports on operational performance and sales figures. Drive team motivation and engagement to enhance productivity.
