Job Title: Floor Manager Location: Saundarya Garden (Hospitality Industry) Experience: 2-5 years in hospitality (restaurant, banquet, or resort) Job Summary: Oversee floor operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, and maintain high hospitality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily floor activities, ensuring smooth service. Manage and train staff for efficient operations. Handle guest relations and resolve complaints. Coordinate with kitchen, event teams, and vendors. Monitor inventory, hygiene, and cost control. Maintain reports on service quality and operations. Skills & Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with POS/reservation systems is a plus.
