Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Flutter Developer to join our growing mobile development team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in developing cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. This role requires a passion for clean, maintainable code and a drive to deliver exceptional user experiences across Android and iOS platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. Write high-quality, efficient, and well-documented code in Dart. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver seamless app experiences. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement in development practices. Integrate APIs, third-party libraries, and cloud-based services using REST protocols. Monitor and improve application performance through profiling and debugging. Stay abreast of emerging trends in mobile development and suggest relevant innovations. Maintain cloud-integrated mobile services leveraging GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and AWS (Amazon Web Services) . Milestone Expectations Week 1 Acquire a deep understanding of Gintaas development frameworks, practices, and product architecture. Familiarize yourself with the codebase, version control system, and CI/CD pipeline. Month 1 Contribute to the development of a key product feature. Assist in writing comprehensive test cases and documenting development processes. Month 3 Own development tasks for product enhancements and new features. Iterate and optimize the existing codebase based on performance evaluations and peer feedback. Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Flutter mobile application development. Proven track record of deploying mobile applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Proficient in Dart, with foundational knowledge of object-oriented programming using Kotlin, Java, or Swift. Experience with state management tools such as Riverpod, Bloc, or equivalent. Familiarity with REST APIs and integration of external services. Working knowledge of Git version control and development environments such as Android Studio or VS Code. Familiarity with cloud platforms including GCP and AWS , particularly in mobile services, notifications, and performance monitoring. Exposure to Agile software development methodologies and Scrum practices. Ability to write and execute unit tests and debug for performance optimization. Preferred Attributes Experience collaborating in an office-based or hybrid team environment. Demonstrated contributions to public repositories (e.g., GitHub projects or portfolios). Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
