We are looking for a Senior Flutter Engineer to lead and scale our mobile development efforts. If youre an expert in Flutter and passionate about building beautiful, scalable, and performant cross-platform apps, we want to hear from you. This role goes beyond development — you’ll be involved in architectural decisions, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating across functions. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of advanced Flutter applications for iOS and Android. Define technical architecture and enforce coding best practices across the team. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to shape features from concept to delivery. Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Mentor and guide junior Flutter engineers, conducting code reviews and technical sessions. Manage CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and deployment processes. Stay updated with the latest Flutter/Dart innovations and evaluate new technologies for integration.• Contribute to product planning and roadmap discussions with a technical lens. Requirements 3–7 years of total software development experience, with 3+ years in Flutter. Deep understanding of Flutter internals, Dart language, and mobile design principles. Experience building and scaling production-grade apps with high user engagement. Strong grasp of architecture patterns like BLoC, GetX, Riverpod, or Clean Architecture. Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, Firebase, and analytics integration. Familiar with app store release processes and managing releases on both iOS and Android. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like Jira, Git, and CI/CD systems. Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. Nice to Have Experience in native Android/iOS development. Exposure to AI/ML or data-driven mobile apps. Knowledge of performance profiling and debugging tools. Experience with unit, widget, and integration testing in Flutter.
