The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Flutter and Dart, with a keen eye for creating fluid and captivating animations to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience. You should also have a solid understanding of network protocols, strong teamwork skills, and a passion for continuous learning and product optimization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Maintain Applications: Design and implement high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. Ensure applications are scalable, maintainable, and efficient. • Create Engaging Animations: Develop smooth, interactive animations that enhance the user experience and engagement within the app. • Network Protocols: Understand and implement network protocols for efficient data exchange between the app and backend services. • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions. • Optimize Performance: Continuously evaluate and improve application performance, responsiveness, and stability. • Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in Flutter development and mobile app technology.Conduct post-sales support and follow- up activities. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Required Skills: Technical Skills: • Proficiency in Flutter and Dart. • Experience in creating complex animations and UI/UX design. • Solid understanding of network protocols (e.g., RESTful APIs, WebSockets). • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. • Eagerness to Learn: Demonstrated passion for learning new technologies and improving development skills.
