Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Alappuzha for a Food and Beverage Captain. The Food and Beverage Captain will oversee daily operations in the food and beverage department, ensure service standards are met, supervise staff, and provide excellent customer service. The role involves coordinating with kitchen staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
