Designation Restaurant Manager Location Thiruthangal Grade Sr. Officer / Officer Reports to Sr.Manager - Administration Department Food & Beverage Sub Department Service Job Purpose: The role holder is responsible for managing all F& B operation and delivering an excellent guest experience. Principal Accountabilities • Manage all F & B and day to day operation with budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards. • Preserve excellent levels of internal & external customer service. • Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continually make necessary improvement. • Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns. • Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork. • Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel. • Comply with all health & food safety regulations. • Report on managements regarding sales results or productivity (MIS). Key Interactions Internal: Coaches, Admin, Security, Kitchen, Trainees. External: Parents, vendors. Education: • Diploma/ degree in Hotel Management. Experience 5 Years of experience in managing food & beverage & beverage / similar role Job Description www.hap.in Page 1 Knowledge: • Up to date with food & beverage trends and best practices. • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS). Skills: • Excellent communication skills. • Interpersonal & leadership skills. • Good organizational and time management skills. • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently. • Mastery in delegating multiple tasks. Additional requirement: • To assist in menu planning and pricing. • Supervise operation and handling of food & beverage outlet. • Administer food & beverage facilities and ensure optimal cleanliness and safety procedures in efficiently working. • Maintain an inventory for all food & beverage items in monthly/ quarterly. • Prepare weekly/ monthly work schedules as per restaurant requirement in assistance with restaurant employees. • Maintain knowledge on all fire protection and preventive measure during emergency. • Maintain all local sanitation and health care system. • Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
