The cafe was set up as a place to explore ideas, encourage aspirations, and share stories. The team at CALCUTTA 64 has worked hard to provide a welcoming environment for customers and is looking to expand on this concept in the future. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager at CALCUTTA 64, IIT Kharagpur. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing food service, managing food & beverage operations, providing excellent customer service, conducting training for staff, and budgeting for the department. Qualifications Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management Strong background in Customer Service Training skills for staff development Experience in Budgeting for food and beverage operations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Degree in Hospitality Management or related field Show more Show less
