Job Title: F&B Business Development & Operations Manager Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India Experience: 10–12 Years Industry: Food & Beverage (F&B) / Hospitality Reporting To: Director of Sales & Marketing About the Role We are seeking an experienced and results-driven F&B Business Development & Operations Manager to drive revenue growth, streamline operations, and enhance brand presence in the hospitality sector. This role requires strong leadership skills to oversee General Managers, Restaurant Managers, and operational teams , ensuring seamless execution of business strategies. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for managing social media engagement , optimizing customer experiences, and driving overall business performance. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Develop and implement growth strategies to drive revenue across multiple outlets. Identify and acquire new business opportunities , including corporate clients, partnerships, and event collaborations. Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals to maximize profitability. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and customer preferences. Operations & Team Leadership Oversee and manage General Managers, Restaurant Managers, and on-ground teams to ensure operational efficiency. Establish and enforce SOPs for restaurant operations , ensuring consistency in service and quality. Monitor restaurant performance metrics , including sales, customer feedback, and operational efficiency. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of agreements and service excellence. Branding & Social Media Management Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns that enhance brand visibility. Oversee social media engagement , online reputation management, and digital marketing strategies. Implement customer engagement initiatives to improve brand loyalty and guest experiences. Financial & Performance Reporting Track sales performance, operational KPIs, and customer insights to drive informed decision-making. Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and business updates to senior management. Key Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in F&B business development, operations, or multi-unit management. Strong team leadership skills , with experience managing General Managers and Restaurant Managers. In-depth understanding of restaurant operations, customer service, and hospitality industry trends . Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills . Experience in social media management, branding, and customer engagement strategies . Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and operational analytics tools . Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Why Join Us?
