The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost management, inventory control, and procurement processes within the hospitality sector. Key Responsibilities: Monitor food and beverage costs, pricing strategies, and inventory levels Conduct regular audits and variance analysis of stock and consumption Develop and implement effective cost control systems and procedures Liaise with chefs, purchase teams, and vendors to ensure cost efficiency Prepare monthly reports on food costs, wastage, and operational efficiencies Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as an F&B Controller in the hospitality industry Strong understanding of banquet and large-scale catering operations Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Finance, or a related field preferred Show more Show less
