Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Flavourist to join our team as we embark on establishing a new, state-of-the-art flavour development and manufacturing unit in Hyderabad. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in flavour formulation, application development, and technology transfer. As part of the onboarding and capability-building process, the candidate will undergo an initial training and immersion program at our partner flavour house in Spain. This hands-on experience is critical for understanding proprietary processes, flavour technologies, and product standards, with the goal of implementing the same successfully in the Indian setup. Flavour Development: Create, compound, and modify flavour formulations to meet project briefs, sensory expectations, and market requirements across categories such as bakery, dairy, beverages, and confectionery. Application Support: Conduct trials, evaluate performance of flavours in different food matrices, and refine formulations for stability and scalability. Technology Transfer: Travel to Spain to gain deep exposure to flavour R&D, manufacturing processes, and quality systems. Ensure effective knowledge transfer to establish parallel capabilities in India. Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D, Production, Quality Assurance, and Sales teams to align formulations with client needs and technical specifications. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed records of all formulations, processes, evaluations, and customer feedback. Ensure adherence to FSSAI and relevant international flavour regulations. Innovation & Trend Awareness: Stay informed about global flavour trends, raw materials, and regulatory developments to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
