Football Academy Business Manager Job Type: Full-time Reports To: Academy Director / Founder Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Football Academy Business Manager to spearhead the growth and expansion of our academy. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator, a strategic thinker, and a proactive leader who thrives in building strong relationships and unlocking new avenues of financial growth. This role is pivotal in scaling the academys reach, revenue, and reputation, ensuring a sustainable and thriving business model. Key Responsibilities: Part 1: Academy Growth & Expansion Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the academy into multiple locations. Identify potential cities and regions for new academies, conduct feasibility studies, and implement expansion strategies. Create new programs and training modules to enhance the academys offerings and attract a larger audience. Establish partnerships with schools, sports organizations, and community centers to drive enrollment. Increase overall revenue by optimizing pricing models, introducing new training packages, and enhancing the academys services. Part 2: Business Development & Financial Growth Identify and secure sponsors, donors, and investors to provide funding for academy programs. Develop revenue-generating initiatives such as special training camps, corporate partnerships, and merchandise sales. Apply for grants and government funding to support the academys initiatives. Manage fundraising events and campaigns to boost financial support. Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders to amplify the academys reach. Marketing & Communications: Own and execute the academys marketing and communication strategy. Manage brand positioning, digital presence, and social media campaigns to enhance visibility. Oversee promotional content creation and public relations activities. Key Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in business development, marketing, or management, preferably in sports, fitness, or education sectors. Excellent communication and networking skills with the ability to forge and maintain strategic partnerships. Strong leadership and project management capabilities with a results-oriented approach. Creative and analytical mindset to drive innovative marketing and revenue strategies. Passion for football and sports development is highly desirable.
