Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Foreman with expertise in handling heavy equipment loading and unloading. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in warehouse operations, inventory management, and equipment logistics. Proficiency in sign language for crane operation and communication with equipment operators is a must. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including loading, unloading, and storage of heavy equipment . Ensure safe and efficient handling of materials using cranes, forklifts, and other heavy machinery. Communicate effectively with equipment operators using standard sign language to ensure precision and safety. Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock movement within the warehouse. Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures for material handling. Train and guide warehouse staff on best practices for equipment handling and safety. Coordinate with logistics teams for timely dispatch and receipt of goods . Conduct routine inspections of warehouse equipment and recommend maintenance as needed. Report any damages, safety hazards, or operational inefficiencies to management. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in warehouse/store management with a focus on heavy equipment. Strong knowledge of crane operations, rigging, and lifting procedures . Proficiency in sign language for crane operations and operator communication . Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures. Ability to lead a team and coordinate tasks effectively. Strong understanding of safety regulations and material handling protocols . Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Education & Certifications: Graduation or equivalent is mandatory. Certification in crane signaling, rigging, or forklift operation is a plus. Work Environment: This role involves working in a warehouse environment with exposure to heavy machinery, noise, and outdoor conditions . Requires standing, lifting, and moving equipment regularly. Minimum 2 years of experience in store or warehouse operations. Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment loading and unloading .
