FOREMAN - MECHANICAL & PUMPS Education Diploma in related field Operational Experience Minimum of 8 years of relevant hands on experience A. General Information Title Foreman - Pumps Job Family / Service Hydraulics and Plumbing Department Maintenance Count Reporting To Supervisor Hydraulics Job Code (Assigned by HR) A. Role Purpose: Supervises subordinates in performing advanced Hydraulics PM tasks, troubleshooting, repairing and overhauling equipment and systems. Schedules and follows up work, and implements the quality management system B. Key Accountabilities: - Schedules, follows up, implements MMS and quality management system. - Supervises, analyses, evaluates, and reports Hydraulics equipment and systems performance - Troubleshoots, diagnoses, repairs and overhauls Hydraulics equipment. - Inspects closed work orders to verify work proper completion - Performs and supervises advanced Hydraulics PM tasks. - Handles client complaints/requests. - Coordinates and follows up new Hydraulics equipment/systems installation and commissioning. - Guides his subordinates in developing their competences. - Handles Hydraulics spare parts and materials planning. - Performs other related duties as assigned. - Supervises from six to fourteen subordinates. - Has a complete knowledge about Microsoft Office and how to use with Maintenance Management application/system - Undertake any other duties or assignment as required from time to time by the management within reason.
