Responsibilities. An incredible opportunity to work directly with the Founder and other Founding office members.. Spearhead basic financial tasks, including processing invoices, managing expense reports, and coordinating with the finance department as needed.. Organize and coordinate travel within the city, including scheduling transportation, booking accommodations, and preparing travel itineraries.. Provide general administrative support to the team and assist with special projects as required.. Manage office supplies, handle mail and correspondence, maintain filing systems, and ensure the smooth operation of office equipment over and above responsibilities allocated by the Founder.. Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and event bookings, ensuring all arrangements are made in a timely and efficient manner.. Requirements. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is an added advantage.. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.. Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.. Driving license with a personal vehicle (Office related costs will be reimbursed). Strong communication in English is a must. Knowledge of other languages like Kannada, Tamil, and Hindi is an added advantage.. Skills:Operations, Finance and Sales.
