As we scale rapidly, we're looking for a smart, driven GTM & Revenue Ops Associate to join the 1DS Founders Office and work directly with our CBO on growth strategy, client onboarding, and revenue operations. What You’ll Do: Assist in go-to-market strategy and execution across outreach, partnerships, and new business development Create high-impact decks, proposals, and SoWs that win clients Coordinate client onboarding , ensuring a smooth transition from sales to success Support in pipeline tracking , lead qualification, and CRM hygiene Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support revenue goals and operational efficiency What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of experience in a consulting, startup, SaaS, or business ops environment Excellent communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal Strong in PowerPoint, Excel/Sheets , and bonus if you know tools like Canva, Sprouts, Zoho, Notion A proactive, organized team player who can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment Bonus: Interest in ecommerce, marketing tech, or B2B SaaS Why Join Us?
