Job Description

As a Founder's Office Associate, you’ll work directly with the founders across strategy, operations, product, legal, and fundraising. This is a high-impact role for someone early in their career who’s eager to take ownership, learn fast, and help build a company from the ground up. Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate directly with the founders to drive cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives Maintain up-to-date financial records and support basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks Manage compliance tracking, legal documentation, and investor communications Coordinate purchase orders, vendor interactions, and internal documentation Support product and engineering meetings with research, notes, and follow-ups Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and company-wide coordination Act as a key point of contact for external stakeholders (investors, advisors, vendors) Conduct research and benchmarking to support high-priority decisions Build and improve internal processes to enhance clarity and execution Requirements: 0–2 years of experience in consulting, operations, strategy, or early-stage startups Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-starter with a learning mindset and bias toward action Bonus: Exposure to legal/compliance workflows, basic accounting, or product development Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in engineering Perks: Chill out with Denver, our resident Golden Retriever and Happiness Officer Fast iterations, big ownership, zero bureaucracy Location: On-site in Hyderabad | Up to ₹5 LPA , based on experience and skills.
