Location: Hybrid (Delhi NCR Preferred) Type: Internship Stipend: Performance-based Duration: 2–3 months (with possibility of extension or PPO) Start Date: Immediate Industry: Food & Beverage / FMCG Brand: Kriaad – Healthy Foxnuts for a New India About Kriaad: Kriaad is a bold, new-age brand revolutionizing snacking with delicious, healthy foxnuts (makhanas) curated for the modern Indian palate. Currently serving in select cafés and retail spaces , we aim to expand our footprint to more regions and platforms. We're building a high-energy team passionate about food, health, and scaling brands from scratch. Role Overview: We are looking for a Founder’s Officer Intern – a dynamic individual who works directly with the founding team to convince clients, build distribution, and grow the brand . You will be involved in everything from business development and client meetings to brainstorming and building on-ground strategies. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the founders to execute strategic plans Reach out to cafés, retail stores, and distributors to onboard new clients Represent the brand during meetings and sampling drives Help manage client relationships and coordinate restocking Participate in branding, packaging, and marketing discussions Explore and research potential cities/areas for expansion Assist in operations, logistics, and coordination with vendors when needed Support social media campaigns and influencer partnerships (optional but a bonus) Who You Are: Excellent communicator – you can talk and sell with clarity and confidence Highly driven and entrepreneurial – you take ownership and move fast Preferably fluent in English and Hindi Prior experience in sales, client-facing roles, or startups is a bonus Someone who enjoys brainstorming, building, and being on the field Strong interest in startups, FMCG, or health-food brands What You’ll Get: Direct mentorship and experience working with the founders Hands-on exposure to scaling a startup from the ground up Opportunities to build leadership skills, creativity, and business acumen A fun, high-energy work culture with freedom to experiment and grow Potential PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) or long-term role post internship Show more Show less
