Job Title: Founders Office - Product Owner Location: Bangalore (this is a full time, in office role, not a remote position) Salary range: 12L to 15L per annum Note: Our customers are in the US so this may require you to travel and work non-standard hours. Role Overview Unifize is an infinitely configurable platform that enables businesses to streamline their processes, checklists, and compliance needs. As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in understanding customer needs, configuring the Unifize platform to meet those needs, and collaborating with the platform team to enhance functionality for your customer base. The expectation is you become the vertical lead over a period of time and get super comfortable with the domain. You should be vocalising the user needs for your domain ICPs. This role requires a proactive, smart, and execution-driven individual who can quickly learn the domain and drive impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities Customer-Centric Configuration: Understand customer requirements and configure the Unifize platform to align with their business processes. Domain Product Learning: Learn and use the vocabulary of the domain to provide informed recommendations. Collaboration with Platform Team: Advocate for customer needs by working closely with the platform team to push for necessary product enhancements. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the bridge between customers, internal teams, and developers, ensuring seamless implementation and product evolution. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and customer feedback to drive continuous product refinement.
