We're based in Bangalore, backed by an insanely committed angel investor (think: high conviction, long-term belief), and building with speed, heart, and a whole lot of ambition. What you will be doing: As a Founders Associate, youll be the right hand to the founder working across product, operations, user research, growth, sales, and fundraising. One week youre deep in conversations with educators, the next you're wire-framing product ideas, and the week after that you’re helping hire our next key teammate. If you want exposure to every part of an early-stage startup, this is it. What we are looking for: No one-size-fits-all background — but you might be: A recent grad who’s built stuff (side hustle, startup, student club — doesn’t matter what, as long as you made things happen) Someone with 1–3 years of experience in corporate, consulting, or ops, and itching for more ownership + action Already working in a startup but looking to move earlier-stage and closer to the founder seat What matters more than your resume: You’re curious, sharp, self-driven, and comfortable with chaos. The words no and impossible should not exist in your vocabulary.
