We are officially launching in the USA , starting with client services and onboarding from our Florida office. International expansion will follow, with support and delivery powered by our India-based team. We’ve already launched a working product, demo system, and early brand presence. Now, we’re looking for a smart, action-oriented technical and strategic lead who can build real client solutions, lead product delivery, and help scale FlowNest AI from a bold startup into a global automation service. What You’ll Do Own the full client delivery process (from intake to deployment) Build and manage chatbot flows (Landbot, GPT, or custom solutions) Integrate tools using Zapier, Google Sheets, Calendly, Twilio , etc. Lead technical onboarding with clients (gather content, configure bots) Translate business goals into AI-powered automations Collaborate on marketing strategy and product roadmap Help design scalable systems for support, follow-up, and reporting What We’re Looking For 2+ years working in automation tools (Zapier, Integromat, Make, etc.) Experience building AI chatbots (Landbot, ChatGPT API, Tidio, ManyChat, etc.) Strong understanding of customer journeys and digital workflows Capable of speaking both tech and business with confidence Experience working with small business clients or service providers Comfortable with CRM, lead forms, funnel logic, and optimization Bonus: marketing automation or SaaS product launch experience Why Join FlowNest AI Be part of something early, fast-growing, and ambitious Work directly with the founder to shape product and company direction Lead real projects that impact real clients immediately Long-term potential for equity, growth, and leadership Offices in the USA (Florida) and India (Kolkata) —remote-friendly team Services begin in the USA market, with future expansion planned To Apply: Send a short message explaining why you’d be a great fit, along with your resume or portfolio.
