Role & responsibilities Monitor daily production targets and plan accordingly to meet customer requirements. Coordinate with other departments for seamless integration of production processes. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Optimise production flow, minimising downtime and maximising output Preferred candidate profile Experience in foundry operations and production management 1 - 6 years of experience in steel casting foundry operations or related field. Experience in Pumps and Valves casting Knowledge of molding, core shop and closing operations, including melting processes and quality control procedures.
