We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Finance Financial Analyst who will be a key player in, and is truly excited about, driving and effectively scaling Oktas growth. This role will report into the Finance Manager on the FPA Insights Operations, and is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who wants to be part of a dynamic FPA organization that is operating at an accelerated pace and scaling for the future. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail without losing the big picture, and the ability to work both cross functionally and independently. They are highly organized, and are truly excited about financial analysis and insights, driving scale and automation, process improvements, and propelling an organization forward. Job Duties and Responsibilities Review and approve purchase orders in accordance with financial policies and budget constraints Prepare budget vs. actual variance analyses and other relevant reporting Gather and analyze financial data and create reports for management Collaborate with the controllership and procurement organization on accruals, capitalized software, close process and other spend areas Participate in and manage frequent ad hoc projects to support and drive business decisions Participate in process and systems improvement and scaling projects to drive the company s continued growth and scaling Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Able and willing to come into the Bangalore, India office as needed, up to 3x a week or more Ability to work PST hours as needed 5+ years of experience in FPA Finance concepts and analysis skills Advanced Excel/GSheets and PowerPoint/GSlides skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of precision Ability to challenge the status quo and bring forth new ways of thinking Experience in a high-growth global high tech/software/SaaS organization is a plus Anaplan and Tableau experience is a plus What you can look forward to as a Full-Time employee!
