Go Speedy Go is looking for Franchise Development Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Franchisee Support: Provide guidance, support, and training to franchisees, assisting them in implementing and maintaining brand standards, operational procedures, and marketing strategies Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of individual franchise locations, analyze financial reports, and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure profitability and compliance with set targets Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, acting as a liaison between them and the corporate office, addressing concerns, and facilitating effective communication Expansion and Development: Identify potential areas for new franchise locations, assess market opportunities, and facilitate the expansion of the franchise network Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to brand standards, operational guidelines, and legal requirements across all franchise locations Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns that align with brand objectives and drive customer engagement Problem-solving: Address challenges or conflicts that arise among franchisees, resolve disputes, and provide solutions to improve overall franchise performance Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Advanced degrees or certifications in business management can be advantageous Extensive experience in franchising, retail, or operations management, preferably in a multi-unit or franchise management role Strong business acumen, financial analysis skills, and understanding of profit and loss statements Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with franchisees, corporate teams, and stakeholders Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities to drive growth and profitability across the franchise network
