Freelance IT Recruiter (Domestic Market) Commission-Based Looking for a dynamic IT recruiter to join us on a freelance basis! If you have a strong network, excellent sourcing skills, and a passion for connecting top tech talent with the right opportunities, this role is for you! Role Overview: As a Freelance IT Recruiter , you’ll be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and closing candidates for various IT roles in the domestic market . Your earnings will be commission-based (10-30% per closure, depending on the position and client) , offering high earning potential for successful placements. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment – Source, screen, and manage candidates through the hiring process. Client Coordination – Work closely with clients to understand job requirements and provide the best talent. Talent Sourcing – Use job portals, social media, networking, and referrals to find the right candidates. Interview & Assessment – Conduct initial screenings and guide candidates through the interview process. Negotiation & Closure – Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding. What We’re Looking For: Experience in IT Recruitment – Strong understanding of tech roles, skills, and hiring trends. Strong Sourcing Abilities – Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, and other job platforms. Good Communication & Negotiation Skills – Ability to engage candidates and close deals effectively. Self-Motivated & Target-Driven – Ability to work independently and meet hiring goals.
