Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Freelance Recruiter. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions within the organization. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential candidates through various channels, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding processes. The Freelance Recruiter will also work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
