Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freelance Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts on a commision based. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the interview process and facilitating offers. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects as well clients. Qualifications Proven experience as a Recruiter of 4+ years, preferably with freelance or contract experience. Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle. Excellent sourcing skills and experience utilizing various sourcing tools and techniques. Proficiency in conducting effective phone and virtual interviews. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
