Skills & Competencies: Technical Expertise: Knowledge of car service centre operations, automotive technology, and maintenance processes. Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex technical information in a clear, concise manner. Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build strong working relationships. High level of adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment. Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years in the automobile service industry, with a good background in process training & technical training roles. Experienced in working in an Automobile car service centre. Education: BE/Diplomo in Mechanical or Automobiles or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications in training, process management, or automotive service management are an asset. Other details: Freelance trainers will be deployed for four days per monthtwo days between the 1st and 10th, and two days between the 16th and 25th. The trainer's minimum utilization is 4 days per month, with a guaranteed amount of Rs 20,000. Any additional days will be compensated on a per-day basis. (Total remuneration includes TDS & Conveyance).
