Customer Service & Support Shift Timings : 12:00 PM To 9:00 PM / 7:00 PM To 4:00 AM (Weekend Rotational) Job Description Responsible for providing correct & effective communication to existing & prospective customers about products & their applications Responsible for developing long-term positive customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction, and build loyalty and confidence in Company as a partner of choice Responsible for collecting data and managing it Responsible for identifying customer needs and closing query calls Conduct telephonic interaction with customers provide information about product and services. Acquire and analyze relevant information to evaluate validity of concern.
