Role Overview: We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to assist with a wide range of responsibilities involved in running and scaling an eCommerce business. This is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of online retail in a startup environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update product listings on the website (images, descriptions, pricing, inventory) Process and track online orders, returns, and exchanges Respond to customer queries and manage customer service channels (email, chat, social media) Assist with basic graphic design, content writing, and social media posting Support in executing marketing campaigns (email, influencer, social media) Analyze sales data and prepare basic performance reports Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and courier partners Perform competitor research and suggest improvement ideas Help with general operational tasks to ensure smooth daily functioning Requirements: Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related fields Strong communication and organizational skills Basic understanding of online shopping platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus Familiarity with Canva, Excel/Google Sheets, and social media platforms Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment What You’ll Gain: Hands-on experience across all areas of eCommerce Exposure to startup operations and decision-making A collaborative, supportive, and growth-driven environment A letter of recommendation and internship certificate upon completion Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 3 months Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
